These terms are a public offer under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 23 March 2015; booking means acceptance.

2. Booking and operator status

Booking is confirmed in writing. Operator status and financial guarantee details are disclosed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.

3. Prices and cancellation

Included services, payment schedule and extra fees are shown before you confirm. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 you receive pre-contractual information, cancellation rights and complaint procedures. Provide accurate traveller details and follow supplier rules.

4. Advertising and language

Advertising is truthful under the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. Consumer information in Ukraine must be in the state language under the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019.

5. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data on a lawful basis under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. Electronic communications follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1838-IX of 16 December 2021.
