Every retreat is built around an elevation, because altitude shapes how the days feel. Groups stay small: a maximum of 12 guests, one guide, and one wellness host per departure.

Three elevations, three lengths of stay

Each retreat is built around one altitude. Bereg stays low in the valley at 650 m, Polonyna follows the open ridge at 1,350 m, Hoverla climbs to 1,800 m. Every ritual is offered for relaxation and well-being purposes only.

04Daily schedule

A day at 1,350 m, from first light to the fire circle

The rhythm holds across every tier: 650 m, 1,350 m and 1,800 m. Only the light, the temperature and the walking distance change. Groups stay at a maximum of 12 guests, so a guide is always within reach.

    Wake with herbal infusion

    30 min. Grand fir and thyme tea on the terrace.

  2. 07:45

    Sunrise breathwork

    45 min. Guided on the deck, blankets provided.

  3. 08:45

    Breakfast

    45 min. Local dairy, buckwheat, seasonal fruit.

  4. 10:15

    Forest walk at 1,350 m

    2 h. A gentle 3 km loop starting at the lodge door.

  5. 13:00

    Lunch and rest

    1 h 30 min. Silence kept in the common room until 14:30.

  6. 14:45

    Mineral spring soak

    60 min. Warm water, used for relaxation and well-being purposes.

  7. 16:30

    Sauna cycle

    90 min. Three rounds with a cold plunge between them.

  8. 19:45

    Dinner and fire circle

    1 h 45 min. Three courses, then quiet at the hearth.
