Relaxation, not medical treatment

Massages, body treatments, saunas and wellness programmes are for relaxation only, not medical treatment. They do not treat or cure disease and do not replace advice from a doctor. Consult a doctor first if pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or with a chronic condition.

Physical fitness and participation

Some activities need basic fitness and are taken at your own risk. Tell staff about your conditions, allergies, medication or injuries before the session. Stop and inform your therapist of any discomfort, dizziness or pain.

Advertising, prices and contracts

Our service descriptions are truthful, clearly identifiable as advertising and never medical claims, as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР of 3 July 1996. Prices, cancellation rights and complaint procedures are disclosed before booking, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991, and our public offer under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 23 March 2015.
